“Dogs: Season 2” (2021)

Kaya worked on season two the award-winning Netflix docuseries, Dogs. Producing on three one-hour episodes of the series with Emmy and Oscar-winning Director Amy Berg and Producer Glen Zipper executive producing. Experiences ranged from writing pitches for Netflix, managing a team of production coordinators/production assistants, to shooting and producing in the field, often as a one-person crew, managing large production crews with gaffers, grips, sound, multiple cameras, directors and drone operators and working with editors as a story producer. Highlights included driving across 12 US states in a van with former NFL star and astronaut Leland Melvin and his Rhodesian Ridgebacks and then climbing a 14,000 foot mountain in Colorado, traveling to the UK on scout shoots and working closely with US military and Iraqi Airforce for filming in Dubai and Iraq. Currently available on Netflix.
